Derrick Brown

Derrick Brown is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Jamestown since May 2014. Previously, Derrick held various roles including South East Regional Manager and Area General Manager at Jamestown, and General Manager positions at Simon Property Group, where responsibilities included overseeing a 3M SF super regional mall. Derrick's career began at CBL & Associates Property Inc as Assistant General Manager and Specialty Leasing Representative, followed by a role as South East Regional Sales Manager at Marriott International, managing sales programs for numerous hotels. Derrick started in retail as a Merchandise Manager for Gap, Inc. Derrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, completed in 2000.
