Matt Bower, CPA, has extensive experience in fund management and real estate investment. They began their career as an Operational Risk Management Intern at ING in 2006 and later worked as a Senior Audit Assistant at Deloitte & Touche from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on financial statement audits for real estate companies. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Real Estate Fund Associate at Morgan Stanley, providing investor reporting for various real estate funds. Currently, Matt holds the position of Senior Vice President at Jamestown, specializing in fund management, and has previously held senior roles at North American Properties, including Vice President of Asset Management. Matt earned a BBA and a Master of Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business between 2004 and 2008.
