Ryan Goodwin

Ryan Goodwin is a Senior Analyst with experience in commercial real estate and finance. Prior to their current role at Jamestown, Ryan worked at New Market Properties, LLC in various analyst positions. Ryan also has experience as a Research Assistant at the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise. Ryan holds a BSBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
