Steve Simmons

Steve Simmons is an experienced professional with a background in real estate development and construction. Steve currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Jamestown since July 2015. Prior to this, Steve served as Managing Director at Southeast Project Consultants and as a Project Executive at Longitude 180 Inc. Steve also has a wealth of experience at Windward Program Solutions, LLC and Bovis Lend Lease, where Steve held various senior positions overseeing operations, project management, and sales and marketing. Steve earned their BS in Engineering from Murray State University.
