Amber Svitzpatrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer education and user experience design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Education at Jamf since January 2022. In this role, Amber leads a global team to create leading technical certification courses, aligns training initiatives with strategic objectives, and develops data-driven content strategies to enhance customer retention. Prior to Jamf, Amber held the position of UX Lead at A&O Shearman, where significant improvements in digital experiences and user feedback participation were achieved.
