Beth Nimmo

Beth Nimmo is an accomplished professional in customer education and digital engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Education at Jamf since November 2019. With a diverse background in training and development, Beth has held multiple managerial roles, previously overseeing training programs and professional services. As the Founder and Designer of 311 Designs since 2009, Beth has created designs for various businesses, including clothing lines and non-profit organizations. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior IT Service Analyst and IT Analyst at Novu Health, as well as a Mac Genius at Apple, where Beth focused on hardware and software repair, customer service, and employee training. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Luther College, completed in 2009.
