Cynthia Swing

Cynthia Swing is a seasoned professional in change enablement and business operations, currently serving as a Senior Change Enablement Specialist at Jamf since November 2020. In this role, Cynthia leads the development of documentation and communications related to operational processes while also creating plans to measure the success of implemented changes. Previous positions at Jamf include Business Operations Enablement Specialist II and Business Operations Enablement Specialist, where responsibilities included managing virtual training courses, ensuring the accuracy of documentation, and mentoring employees. Prior to Jamf, Cynthia worked at Marshfield Clinic Health System for over 13 years, holding roles such as Solutions Analyst and Staff Educator, focusing on the implementation and support of software solutions in healthcare settings. Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Materials Management from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
