Ellen Sorenson

Ellen Sorenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and product operations at Jamf since May 2014, where responsibilities have included building self-sustaining support teams, serving as an escalation point for customer issues, and administering processes for technical support. Previous roles at Jamf encompass Product Operations Specialist II and I, where Ellen successfully navigated projects, managed Salesforce administration, and implemented program-wide updates. Additionally, work as a Product Information Administrator involved maintaining global product catalogs and coaching teams on best practices. Prior to Jamf, Ellen served as Director of the Student Office of Sustainability at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and as a Youth Ambassador for Rotary International in Turkey. Ellen holds an undergraduate degree in International Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
