Erin Bloom (Slattery) currently serves as the Director of Workplace Services & Experience at Jamf, beginning in August 2023. In addition, Erin holds a position as a member of the Board of Education for Merchantville School District since January 2025 and is a co-founder and consultant at Broad Advantage, a consulting firm specializing in future of work services. Previous roles include serving as Sr. Director of Future of Work at LogicMonitor, where Erin led strategies for employee experience and DEI, and Head of Culture and Community at Aquent, overseeing remote work policies and workplace experience initiatives. Erin's extensive experience in marketing communications and real estate management is supported by a BA in Political Science & French Cultural Studies from Wellesley College and an MBA in Systems Thinking from Villanova University.
