Hayden C. has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Jamf since September 2015, after progressing through roles such as Senior Technical Support Engineer, Support Specialist, and Support Engineer. Prior to Jamf, Hayden worked at NetStrategy Pty Ltd from November 2013 to September 2015 as an Apple Specialist, and also held various positions at Net Strategy including ICT Technician and Apple Device Specialist. Earlier experience includes ICT Support at Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta from December 2011 to November 2013. Hayden holds a Certificate IV in ICT and Communications from Blacktown TAFE and completed the HSC with General Studies at Patrician Brothers Blacktown.
