Randon Ruggles

Randon Ruggles is an experienced education and technology professional with a robust background in customer education and instructional design. At Jamf from January 2017 to September 2022, Randon served as Director of Customer Education, where leadership was demonstrated in creating impactful learning experiences for customer onboarding and retention. Previous roles at Jamf included Senior Manager of Customer Education and Manager of Curriculum and Content Development, focusing on engaging learning solutions for organizations working with Apple technologies. Additional teaching roles included instructing community education courses at Independent School District 196 and graduate-level professional development for educators at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Randon's foundation in technology integration and education was further established as Technology Director and Coordinator at FAIR School Downtown and an Educational Technology Assistant at Wartburg College. Randon holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Wartburg College.
