Roopal Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience operations, product launch, and vendor management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience Operations and Director of Product Launch and Release Feedback at Jamf since March 2022, Roopal Jain established a dedicated product launch practice for security solutions following the acquisition of Wandera, leading a team of 15. Prior roles include Senior Director of Vendor Management at Hubbell Incorporated, where a center of excellence for vendor engagement was instituted, and Senior Information Technology Project Manager, leading global SAP implementations. Roopal Jain's career also includes significant contributions at MetLife, Sealed Air Corporation, Agfa Healthcare, Spartan Computer Services, Donnelley Marketing - InfoGroup, and Figi's Gifts in Good Taste. Education includes an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Business Entrepreneurship from St. Mira's College, University of Pune, India.
