Shawn Eberle has extensive experience in cloud operations and technical account management, currently serving as the Manager of Cloud Operations at Jamf since July 2013. Prior roles at Jamf include Cloud Operations Supervisor, Dev Ops Engineer 1, and Patch Management Curator. Before joining Jamf, Shawn worked at Diebold Information & Security Systems from October 2007 to June 2013 as a Customer Solutions Engineer, where responsibilities included servicing, maintaining, and installing ATM machines, security equipment, and vault doors. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Rasmussen University (2017-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Charter Oak State College (2011-2013).
