Chris Wessely is the Founder, CEO, and Executive Chef of NOODLEPIG, a unique open-kitchen ramen shop focused on in-house production of noodles, sauces, and stocks, with a commitment to feeding three hungry children for every bowl of ramen sold. Since December 2021, Chris has served as a City Commissioner for Ward 2 in East Grand Rapids. Additionally, Chris has been a partner at Sport & Social Group since September 2008, contributing to the development of adult sports and events, and previously co-founded and directed operations at The Personal Chef Group from November 2010 to April 2012. Chris holds a BA in Communication, Political Science, and Japanese from Aquinas College and a Certified Culinarian degree from Grand Rapids Community College.
