Graham Welsh is an experienced Venues Manager at JAM Sports Powered by Sport & Social Group, where operations management and league operations oversight have been key responsibilities since July 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Experience Associate, focusing on member retention through exceptional service, and a Tennis Development Coordinator at Tennis Canada, where Graham drove membership growth and coordinated professional development opportunities. Additional roles include Brand Marketing Intern and various positions in sports organizations, such as Board Member & Umpire in Chief for Baseball Nova Scotia Umpires Division. Graham holds an MBA in Sports Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Sport Studies from the University of New Brunswick.
