Taylor Lewis is an accomplished operations and program coordinator with extensive experience in the recreational and youth services sector. At JAM since December 2019, Taylor has successfully managed various responsibilities, including planning and coordinating youth programs, recruiting volunteers, and overseeing budget development. Prior to this role, Taylor gained valuable experience at the City of Brampton in multiple capacities, such as Recreation Assistant and Camp Director, where contributions included administrative support, program development, and staff training. Taylor also served as Senior Day Camp Director at YMCA of Greater Toronto, overseeing staff training and ensuring program quality and safety. Taylor holds a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services from Humber College.
