Chris Lyons

Chris Lyons serves as the Chief Financial Officer at JA Moody since March 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Vice President and Associate at BlackArch Partners from July 2019 to March 2025, where advisory services were provided to financial sponsors and private companies. Earlier, Chris held positions as a Summer Associate in Investment Banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and as a Growth Associate at Simple Contacts. A former officer in the US Navy, Chris served as a COMSTRIKFORNATO Submarine Operations Officer and in various submarine officer training roles from July 2010 to June 2017. Chris holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute.
