Xin Ge

Xin Ge is a seasoned executive and advisor in risk management and fintech, with extensive experience at companies such as Afterpay, Uber, PayPal, and eBay. They currently serve as an Advisor at Flex and as an Executive in Residence at Matrix, while also advising several other organizations. Xin has held various leadership roles, including Director of Risk Analytics at eBay and Chief Technology and Risk Officer at Afterpay. They earned a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. from the University of Science and Technology of China.
