Bryan Winter

Bryan Winter has a diverse work experience across various industries. Bryan currently holds the position of Associate Director of Talent Development at JAMS, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Talent Development Manager and Talent Development Specialist at the same company. In 2011, Bryan participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Aberdeen, where they focused on Business Administration and Economics. This program lasted for one year.

Continuing their education, Bryan pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of Phoenix. Bryan completed this program from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Business, Management, and Marketing.

Aside from their formal education, Bryan has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skill set. In 2018, they obtained the Certified PI Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index. Furthermore, in 2019, they acquired the Certified Training Professional certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
