Jason Clark

Jason Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and team management. Currently serving as the Virtual ADR Manager for JAMS since December 2016, Jason oversees the virtual case process for the West Region, supervises and trains Virtual ADR Moderators, and fosters relationships with panelists while contributing to business development in the virtual space. Previous roles include Case Manager at JAMS, where responsibilities included collaboration with panelists and management of case files, and Case Coordinator at BevMo!, focusing on sales team management and customer service development. Additional experience includes a position at Ross Stores, Inc. as a Mobile Store Protection Specialist, where Jason addressed theft prevention and supervised loss prevention efforts. Early career experiences at the Bren Events Center involved event preparation and customer interaction. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine and a Paralegal Certificate from De Anza College.
