John Thornton

John Thornton has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Mediator, Arbitrator, and Special Magistrate at JAMS since January 2020. Prior to this role, John served as a Circuit Court Judge for the State of Florida from August 2007 to January 2020. John holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Miami School of Law, obtained between 1974 and 1977, and a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies from the University of Notre Dame, earned from 1970 to 1974.
