Nancy Kramer

Nancy Kramer is an experienced mediator, arbitrator, and facilitator currently working at JAMS since March 2015, where Nancy specializes in conflict resolution for individuals and organizations. Previously, Nancy Kramer served as Principal at Nancy Kramer Mediation from January 2005 to February 2015, focusing on various mediation and arbitration matters including workplace and family disputes. Her earlier roles include Special Counsel at the NYS Trial Lawyers Association from 1998 to 2004 and Director of a $3 million continuing education program at NYU's Real Estate Institute from 1995 to 1997. Nancy Kramer also held the position of Deputy Bureau Chief at the New York State Attorney General's Office from 1982 to 1995 and Senior Staff Counsel at NYPIRG from 1973 to 1979. Nancy Kramer holds an LLD from Columbia Law School and a BFA in art history from Brandeis University.
