Nefertiti Wright

Nefertiti Wright, MBA, has extensive experience in case management and administrative support within the legal and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Case Manager and Case Coordinator at JAMS since August 2018, Nefertiti is responsible for fostering cross-group collaborations among over 15 Case Managers and managing 50+ projects for Kaiser of Northern California. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant Client Services at JAMS, where Nefertiti significantly improved workplace productivity and case volume, and Administrative Assistant at Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP, where effective workflows for high-profile cases were established. Nefertiti also has a strong background in customer service from time at Deckers Brands, achieving noteworthy sales increases, as well as internship experience at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. Nefertiti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas Southern University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
