Rob Gilmore

Rob Gilmore has extensive experience in real estate and construction. Rob most recently worked as the Director of Corporate Real Estate & Construction at JAMS. Prior to that, they were the Owner's Representative for commercial real estate development and construction, where they managed projects from design concept to general contractor selection. Rob also served as the President of L.A.PLAN, a land use management and development services entity, and as the Director of Commercial Properties at Newhall Land and Farming. Throughout their career, they have generated significant revenue from land sales and has overseen various development projects. Rob has also worked as a consultant and as a Vice President at Sunset Management Services, Inc. Rob began their career as a commercial real estate agent at CB Commercial Real Estate.
