Stephen Sonnenberg

Stephen Sonnenberg is an accomplished Mediator and Arbitrator at JAMS since February 2018, with prior experience as a Mediator at Neutral from 2015 to the present and U.S.D.C. Southern District of New York until June 2023. Sonnenberg served as Adjunct Faculty at Cardozo School of Law from September 2017 to June 2023. Previously, a partner at Paul Hastings, Sonnenberg held positions including Chair of the Employment Law Department and East Coast Vice-Chair. A licensed clinical social worker from 1977 to 1992, Sonnenberg provided psychotherapy in diverse clinical settings. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
