Tracy Curry

Tracy Curry is an accomplished human resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at JAMS, the world's largest private alternative dispute resolution provider, since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at City National Bank (2017 - August 2022) and Vice President of Human Resources at Lemonade Restaurant Group (2014 - 2017), where Tracy provided strategic HR direction across various functional areas. Prior to these roles, Tracy held significant HR leadership positions at Hilton Worldwide (2009 - 2014) and Hilton Hotels Corporation (2000 - 2009), focusing on global HR initiatives, talent management practices, and effective system implementation. Early career experiences include positions at Pointe Hilton Resorts (1997 - 2000) and The Waldorf=Astoria (1995 - 1997). Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration and Human Relations from Cornell University and furthered education through Wharton Executive Education.
