Ian Esche is the Creative Manager at Jan Marini Skin Research. Ian has over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing and graphic design.
Ian began their career as a Graphic Designer at NeXT Computer in 1992. Ian later became the Creative Director at 18 Media / Gentry Magazines in 1993. In 2000, they became the Creative Services Manager at Extricity/Peregrine Systems.
In 2003, Ian joined AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah as the Marketing Brand Manager. Ian was responsible for driving the design evolution, planning, research metrics, and compliance of AAA’s brand program. This included collaborating with agencies and working with AAA’s creative staff to produce member and customer communications promoting the brand, AAA’s products and services. Ian launched AAA’s self-service marketing tools and worked closely with Landor Associates, internal teams and leadership to develop a brand essence platform and strategy. This resulted in financially successful advertising campaigns, brand guidelines and training, a radically new retail experience, and consistent on-brand marketing materials.
In 2012, Ian left AAA to join Jan Marini Skin Research as the Creative Manager. In this role, they are responsible for leading the creative team and developing marketing materials that support the Jan Marini brand.
Ian Esche attended San Jose State University, where they earned their BS in Advertising.
