Hello! 👋

Welcome! I’m Jana, founder of The Alchemy Method™.

I guide soul-led women to transform their passions and potential into meaningful, service-based businesses that create impact, prosperity and freedom.

At the heart of this work is The Alchemy Method™, a Soul + Strategy framework that blends personal growth with practical business structure, helping women release limiting beliefs, unlock their true potential and step into confident leadership in both life and business.

Since 2018, I’ve supported hundreds of women around the world to turn their experience and gifts into purpose-aligned businesses, including women transitioning from unfulfilling careers into meaningful work and purpose-led entrepreneurship.

My work supports women at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey, from gaining the clarity to transform their gifts into services, to creating, structuring and expanding soul-aligned businesses that reflect who they truly are and the impact they want to create in the world.

I specialise in helping women build personal brands and signature mentorship programs while activating their full potential to lead with clarity, confidence and conscious leadership.

Additionally, I also provide sales training and strategic sales development for companies, helping teams strengthen their communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

With over 27 years of experience across human development, communication, marketing and sales, my work brings together strategy, mindset, soulful sales and conscious leadership to support meaningful and sustainable business growth.

My background includes an MBA in Marketing, a degree in Public Relations, and certifications in Life Coaching, NLP and ThetaHealing®, combining academic knowledge with practical real business experience.
