I help companies and product teams improve user experience of their products&services, simplify decision-making and make their design processes work in real life – not just in theory. I’ve worked on products and services such as Seduo, Jobs.cz, Práce za rohem, Slevomat and Revido, and collaborated with companies on UX audits, usability testing workshops and mentoring.

In the design process, I enjoy learning about user needs and designing the most suitable solutions for them, even under complex conditions, e.g. designing for both B2C and B2B, combining mobile apps with websites, balancing agile and waterfall or improving international products.

I also mentor designers individually. You can learn not only about UX, but also how to involve other professions in the process, how to facilitate workshops, how to process and organize feedback or how to improve your communications skills, deal with stress etc.
