James Choi

James Choi is a Senior Product Designer at Jane App, focusing on the design of insurance-related workflows, integrations, and policies management since March 2020. Previous roles at Jane App include Product Designer and QA Tester, where collaboration with developers facilitated the testing and enhancement of user experience. In addition, James Choi served as a Support Specialist, enhancing customer satisfaction through product demonstrations and onboarding. As the Founder and Designer of corduroi.club since September 2015, James Choi has successfully launched a clothing brand and e-commerce platform, managing collaborations and promotions. James Choi holds a User Experience Design certificate from BrainStation and a Performance Degree in Jazz Studies from Capilano University.
