Jared Scott

Jared Scott currently serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Jane.app, leading the engineering and operations departments in product development, platform, infrastructure, privacy, security, and IT. In addition to this role, Jared is a member of the CTO Council at BC Tech, providing guidance to early-stage startups on scalability challenges. Previously, Jared held various senior engineering leadership positions at Tableau, CA Technologies, Ping Identity, xMatters, Cisco Systems, Pelican Software, and NCO Group, with expertise in full stack development, engineering excellence, and product strategy. Academic qualifications include a degree in Religious Studies from Summit Pacific College, a diploma in Programmer Analyst from CDI College, and ongoing personal and professional development since 2002.
