Lais Celem is a highly experienced design professional with a robust background in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Product Design Manager at Jane.app since September 2022, Lais has previously held significant roles including UX Director at Sherwa and Senior Product Designer at Jostle. Lais's experience encompasses a diverse array of projects, notably with Clio, where contributions involved launching new products and enhancing legacy functionalities. With a strong foundation in UX culture development at Bemobi and a history of impactful design roles at ilegra and others, Lais has also engaged as a speaker at The Developers Conference, sharing insights on user experience and design thinking. Academic qualifications include a degree in Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a post-graduate degree in Social Management from IERGS.
