Leah Bens

Leah Bens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content creation and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Content Specialist and Team Manager at Jane.app since July 2019, Leah leads the US Support team. Previous roles include Product Specialist and Customer Support Representative at Stigan Media Inc. and Content Writer for the David Suzuki Foundation, where Leah also contributed as a Community Giving Volunteer. Additional experience includes roles as a Public Information Volunteer and Writer/Social Media Coordinator at VancityDrinks, as well as Freelance Writer for Pilcrow Media Inc. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2018.
