Rafe Hatfield

Rafe Hatfield is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Jane.app since May 2022, Rafe oversees the Platform and Enablement teams. Previously, Rafe held the position of CTO at Lendesk from October 2014 to May 2022, where Rafe enabled a complete digital mortgage solution for professionals in the industry. Other notable roles include VP Engineering at LX VENTURES LLP, Development Lead at LX VENTURES LLP, Head of Product Development at Suite101.com, IT & Development Manager at Asian Villa & Hotel Management, and IT Development Manager at McGrath Estate Agents. Rafe holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from The University of Queensland, completed between 1992 and 1995.
