Simone Rozen has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Simone started their career as a Customer Associate at Anthropologie in 2016. In 2017, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Modern Luxury and also worked as an Alumni Engagement Officer at San Diego State University. In 2018, Simone interned as an SEO Marketing Intern at Brandetize. Simone then joined PetDesk in 2019 and held multiple roles including Sales Development Representative, Senior Sales Development Representative, and Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they joined Twitter as a Customer Success Specialist II and worked there until December 2022. Currently, Simone is working as an Account Manager, Brands Media at Jane Technologies, Inc. starting from March 2023.
Simone Rozen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Management at San Diego State University. They attended the university from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Simone also obtained certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in March and April 2022 respectively.
