Smart Elezuo

Smart Elezuo has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Software Engineer at Janea Systems since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Interswitch Group from 2019 to 2023, where they held various positions including Front End Software Engineer III, Front End Software Engineer II, and Full Stack Software Engineer. At Interswitch, they contributed to the development of Interswitch Lending Service, focusing on building client-side and server-side features to improve loan and payment transaction processes. Before their time at Interswitch, Smart was the Co-Founder and CEO of Shoown Technologies, where they led strategic development, technical initiatives, and executive management for three years. They also worked as a Software Engineer at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. in 2017 and as an Engineering Intern at Andela in the same year.

Smart Elezuo's education history includes completing the Y Combinator Startup School's entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies program in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Technology Jobs Update, from 2013 to 2018.
