Mol has over four decades of experience in education and administrative support, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Janell Inc. since June 1979. Previously, Mol worked as a Kindergarten Educator at The Seven Hills School from 1991 to 2005 and as a First Grade Educator at St. Ursula Villa from 1988 to 1991. Mol holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Xavier University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the same institution and a MMBA Certificate from Miami University.
