Ben Conklin

Ben Conklin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Innovation and New Products at Janes since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the innovation program to enhance military intelligence solutions. Previously, in the role of Chief Product Officer at Janes, Ben guided the company's transformation into a data-centric business. Prior to Janes, Ben held various positions at Esri from June 2006 to January 2021, including Director of Defense and Intelligence Solutions, where strategic market growth was a focus. Ben's experience also includes managing Defense Solutions teams and product engineering roles. Additionally, Ben served as a Terrain Analyst and Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1995 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from American Military University.
