Sheetal Shah

Sheetal Shah, LL.M, currently serves as Group General Counsel at Janes since May 2022, providing strategic legal advice across various domains including intellectual property and data privacy. Prior to this, from January 2018 to May 2022, Sheetal held the position of Head of Legal at RELX PLC's Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions Group, overseeing legal matters for M&A transactions and guiding compliance with EC/EU regulations. Sheetal's experience also includes serving as Sr. Legal Director at Accuity, where support was provided for complex commercial contracts and a global sales organization. Earlier roles include Sr. Corporate Counsel at GLH HOTELS MANAGEMENT and Senior Lawyer in private practice, with a legal education background that includes a Master of Laws from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and further studies at the University of Oxford.
