Mona F

Mona F. has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a software engineer at Nortel Networks in 2001. Mona then worked as a software engineer at SCIEX from 2002 to 2004 before joining Electronic Arts (EA) in 2005. At EA, they worked as a lead software engineer and animation and gameplay engineer, leading the animation design and engineering team. In 2008, they joined CBS Radio as a principal engineer and later became the director of engineering, where they instituted a product development process and defined hiring and growth strategies. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Moda Operandi and served as the chief architect, championing technical excellence and developing and promoting long-term tech strategies. Mona then became the director of growth engineering and designed and delivered innovative internal platforms driving sales and revenue growth. Mona joined System Inc. in 2019 and became the director of engineering, hands-on head of engineering focused on delivering a product vision, growing and mentoring teams, and developing enterprise technology strategies. In 2022, they became the VP of product and engineering and defined product strategy and developed agile processes for successful delivery at System Inc. Mona is currently the founder and CEO of JaneTech, a position they have held since December 2022.

Mona F. received their BMath degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Waterloo between 1999 and 2004.
