The Firm’s president, EJ Janik, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). His experience includes testimony in over 88 matters, appearing before a trier of fact more than 58 times in 8 states. He has worked on over 750 business litigation matters in the last 33 years.

The Firm provides services in fact finding, damage analysis, economic modeling, graphic analytics, trial exhibits, and testimony, among others. We work in a dispute or litigation environment on matters involving construction claims, contract disputes, business interruption and lost profits, insurance claims, fraud investigations, criminal investigations, and antitrust or pricing issues, to name just a few.
