Tarana K. has extensive experience in the education sector, particularly in leadership roles that emphasize curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and member advocacy. As an Annual Conference Delegate at the New South Wales Teachers Federation, Tarana contributed to policy formulation while also providing support for workplace conflict resolution as the Woman’s Contact. In recent positions at Indie Education and Janison, Tarana focused on curriculum compliance, assessment development, and integration of wellbeing in educational programming.
