Erica Mann

Erica Mann is an experienced professional in the fields of training and employee experience, currently serving as the Director of Training and Employee Experience at Janitronics Building Services since March 2016. Previously, Erica worked as a Service Coordinator at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network from 2008 to 2012 and as a Case Manager at YOU, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Psychology from Suffolk University, where attendance spanned from 1999 to 2002, and is an alumna of Notre Dame Academy in Worcester, having completed studies there from 1995 to 1998.
