Peter Goldstein is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance expert with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate advisory services. As the Founder and Managing Member of Emmis Capital LLC, Peter assists micro-cap companies in accelerating their business objectives through listings on senior stock exchanges. In addition, as Chief Executive Officer of Exchange Listing LLC, Peter provides growth companies access to strategic planning and implementation for efficient listings. Peter is a member and contributor to the Forbes Finance Council, and also serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grandview Capital Partners, offering advisory services to emerging growth companies. Additionally, Peter authored "The Entrepreneur’s IPO," a handbook for navigating the IPO process.
