大地 長谷川 is currently the Restaurant Manager at Janu Tokyo, having transitioned from roles in several prestigious establishments including The Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. With a solid foundation from Japan Hotel School, they began their career in the Food & Beverage industry post-graduation. Their extensive experience includes serving as a Restaurant Supervisor and Sommelier and as an Assistant Chef Sommelier. 大地 is a certified wine and sake sommelier, passionate about fostering teamwork through coaching and effective communication, while also sharing their knowledge of beverages and the cultures behind them.
