Eric Weiser

Eric Weiser is a Staff Software Engineer at January, focusing on the Borrower Experience pillar with responsibilities in communications, UX, and Voice and Chat AI. Previously, Eric held multiple positions at Flatiron Health from November 2017 to November 2025, including Staff Engineering Manager for Flatiron Assist, where leadership revolved around a Clinical Decision Support tool for cancer treatment, and Team Compass, which developed a risk stratification tool for cancer patients. Eric's experience also includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead within the Academics Engagement team, contributing to software solutions for Academic Medical Center partners. Earlier in the career, Eric worked as a Senior Engineer at Sailthru, where efforts included re-engineering subsystems and managing incident resolutions, in addition to roles as a Developer and Intern at MuseAmi, Inc., where a prototype iOS app was designed. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Princeton University.
