Sam Shaffer

Sam Shaffer has a diverse work experience. In 2012, they worked as an Economics Tutor on a freelance basis until 2016. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Product Consultant at EY. Since 2019, they have held various roles at January, starting as the Director of Product from June 2019 to February 2023, followed by their current role as the Lead Product Manager.

Sam Shaffer began their education in 2011 at The George Washington University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics. Sam completed this degree in 2015. In 2014, Sam also attended the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School for a short period, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2017, Sam enrolled in General Assembly for a course in User Experience Design, but did not receive a degree.
