Publishing, Release Management and Networking.

Janus Industries is the bridge between development and publishing by removing the burden of administrative work to enable developers to do what they do best: creating games.

Indie studios will profit from years of first party knowledge and a network they can use to grow and focus on their passion: Games.

Why? Because I regularly take part in game jams, travel to the game industry events and my day to day business is all about publishing. You need to understand how to make your product if you want to sell it to the right people.

AAA Studio and everyone else too I can offer:

- Global Age Ratings
- First Party certification & waiver discussions, store management
- Predictive Release Planning and work back schedules
- Developer Hardware Knowledge
- Financial Forecasting
- Milestone planning

As a Release Manager, I collaborate with various teams, including Publishing Producing, QA, Localization, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, internal & external communications, Customer Support, Creative Services, Logistics, and Manufactures, to ensure the seamless delivery of software and hardware releases.

Publishing has been done by distributors, marketing agencies, developers and with the latest wave also influencers. All of them have their take on how to do things. However, the bridges in communication need constant maintenance. When corporations suffer from communication bloat, rigid management structures and a diffuse goal on what games meant when they started - I can help.

I am there with strong opinions and advice.
Direct, preemptive and data driven.
