Janus is a legal recruitment firm, located in New York City and Princeton, NJ, which handles primarily partner and select associate placements at law firms across the United States.  The firm was founded in 2015 and is comprised of recruiters with experience at major, national recruitment firms.  We're bound together by our commitment to act as market-makers for the legal industry, to present facts objectively and work hard to facilitate fair deals between candidates and law firms.  

Beyond New York and New Jersey, our recruiters have worked with firms and offices in Denver, San Francisco, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Washington, DC.
