Chris Hupman

Chris Hupman is an experienced DevOps Engineer currently working at Apple since July 2019 and serves as a JanusGraph Committer, having acted as release manager for version 0.2 of the project. With a strong foundation in open source development, Chris held multiple roles at IBM from May 2010 to July 2019, including Senior Software Engineer with a focus on graph databases, containerization, and infrastructure automation. Earlier roles include Systems Administrator at SK Telecom Americas and Technical Services Specialist at both Rudolph and Sletten Inc. and Elan, emphasizing desktop support and network management. Chris has also served as IBM SysOps Technical Manager for the 2015 ACM ICPC world championships in Morocco.
